Pre Primary Events 2024-25

DECEMBER 2024

PICNIC FOR PREP-I AND PREP-II CHILDREN

The students go back to an exciting picnic adventure to a resort called utsav. The young and energetic children were eager to spend the day out with their friends and teachers. The picnic spot was transformed into a vibrant playground. The children participated in various games activities including a magic show. A sumptuous spread of snacks and refreshments was laid for the children. The picnic was a wonderful opportunity for the students to Bond with the with their friends.

PICNIC OF NURSERY

The nursery children of our school embarked on a delightful picnic to Dharamshi resort on 06. 12. 24. The tiny tots were bubbling with excitement eager to spend a day often with friends and teachers. The children enjoyed the variety of outdoor activities. A delicious spread of snacks and food was laid out for the children. The picnic was an opportunity for the children to Bond with each other and create memories.

NOVEMBER 2024

KANNADA RAJYOTSAVA CELEBRATION

Kannada Rajyotsava is celebrated in our school with great enthusiasm. Children also participated in the celebration and the celebration marked the significance of Kannada Rajyotsava. Cutouts of the famous personalities were displayed which was the main attraction of the celebration.

CHILDREN’S DAY

November 14th was celebrated as children’s day with great excitement in our school.  The school was decorated with colourful balloons and beautiful charts. Colourful children’s day cards were prepared by teachers and were given to children. Dance and skit were also performed by teachers. Children enjoyed their day.

CLASS CULTURAL PROGRAM

Spectacular culture program was organised for nursery children where children showcased their talent in compering, dance and tableau. Children took the stage with confidence and mesmerised the audience with their energy and passion. Primary principal Mrs Myna Reddy was the chief guest of the program. Parents enjoyed and liked the program.

OCTOBER 2024

DEEPAVALI

The festival of lights was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor in our school. The potter visited our wing and with his help all the children prepared diyas. The school was decorated with the same diyas in a beautiful pattern. The cutout of Rama, Laxmana and Sita was displayed which showcased the significance of deepavali. Parents also witnessed the arrangement.

SEPTEMBER 2024

FLOWER EXHIBITION

To promote knowledge and appreciate nature’s beauty, a Flower exhibition was held in the Pre-Primary wing on 27/09/24. Over 30 varieties of flowers which included roses, carnations, sunflower, orchids, lotus, lily etc were diplayed. The Highlight of the exhibition was the creative corner and Ikebana. Kids gained education on various flowers. Parents also viewed the exhibition.

MEDICAL CHECK UP

Students of Pre-Primary line up one by one for their annual medical check up which was organised on 13/09/24. Height, Weight, Vision, and overall general checkup was recorded by Doctors and nurses.

GANESHA CHATURTHI CELEBRATION

To commemorate the birth of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and embodiment of wisdom, and to promote cultural awareness and values among students Ganesha chaturthi was celebrated in the pre-primary wing on 04/09/24.

A special pooja was performed by our school Principal and Teachers invoking Lord Ganesha’s blessings.Ganesha-themed clay art was done by all the students, where students showcased their creativity. Clay ganesha made by children were displayed.

AUGUST 2024

KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI

Krishna Janmashtami, a significant hindu festival was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the pre primary wing on 27.08.2024.This celebration provided a platform for students to learn, grow, and appreciate India’s rich cultural heritage. A special pooja was conducted in the auditorium. Nursery children dressed up as Krishna and Radha. Skit on krishna and traditional dance was performed by teachers. Beautiful colorful models   which depicted the Krishna’s childhood was also displayed and parents were also felt happy by seeing the models. Prasad was also distributed among students. 

INDEPENDENCE DAY

Independence day commemorates the courageous struggle for freedom and the birth of a nation. The day was celebrated in the Primary wing. The day was marked with Flag hoisting, Grand parade, patriotic speeches and performance. 

CLASS CULTURAL PROGRAMME OF PREP-II A AND B

Class cultural program for PrepII A and B section was held on 31.08.2024. The program was an exciting event that showcased the talents of our students. This vibrant program brought together Kids, teachers, and parents. This program gave a platform for kids to learn, shine and grow. Children danced and boldly compared ,parents were happy to see their kids on the stage. High school and Primary Principals graced the occasion. 

JULY 2024

VEGETABLE EXHIBITION

Vegetable exhibition which was held on 26.7.2024 showcased colourful and nutritious vegetables. The vegetables were carefully arranged to highlight their unique shapes, sizes and colour. Children were explained about the importance of eating vegetables. Parents were also invited.

FOUNDER'S DAY

4-7-2024 marked the momentous occasion as we celebrated the founder’s day, a tribute to the pioneering spirit and innovative vision of our founder. This special day was honored and remembered the founder who laid the foundation of our education Center. Our school magazine “BELAKU” was also released on this day. AMEC Secretary was the chief guest.

JUNE 2024

FRUIT EXHIBITION

Fruit exhibition was celebrated on  common and rare fruits were displayed. Children were happy to see the varieties of fruits. They were also explained about how important it is to have a fruit daily. Parents were also invited.

ENVIRONMENT DAY

Environment day was observed on 5.6.24 in pre primary premises. Children sowed the coriander seeds and were also briefed about the importance of celebrating environment day.

MAY 2024

WORKSHOP ON SPOKEN ENGLISH

Teachers attended the workshop on Spoken English held at Widia PPEC in the month of may.

REOPENING DAY

Preprimary wing reopened the academic year 24-25 on 29.5.24. Children and teachers were excited to come to school back after summer holidays. Children prayed to saraswati goddess. Wing was decorated with welcome boards and balloons.

Events 2023-24

April 2024

PRE-PRIMARY WORKSHOP AT UDUPI

Three day workshop from 3.04.24 to 5.04.24 was arranged for pre- primary teachers in Udupi. The topic of the workshop was spiritual and moral values to be inculcated in children, phonetics, puppet show method teaching, child psychology, health care and nutrition, nursing, benefits of medicinal plants, development of language, mathematic skills etc. All the three day session was informative and on the third day swamiji blessed us all.

RESULT DAY

Final progress report of children for the academic year  2023-2024 was issued to all the parents on 08.04.2024.

March 2024

ART, CRAFT AND GRAIN EXHIBITION

Art, Craft and grain exhibition was held on 2.03.2024. The exhibition was inaugurated by High School Principal. Models prepared by Prep- II children on the given topic was exhibited in the Auditorium. All the respective classrooms were arranged with activities made by children under the guidance of teacher. Parents were very happy to see their child activities. Grains was also arranged in the singing room.

February 2024

MEDICAL CHECKUP

Medical checkup was conducted in the presence of a Pediatrician for all the Pre- Primary children on 19.03.2024. During this process Height, Weight and Eye check up were recorded. The Dr advised suitable health measures to be carried out for the children.

ANNUAL DAY

The big event of Pre-Primary wing the Annual day was held on 10.03.2024. The theme for the annual day was NATURE. Children took us all in the midst of nature. Program emphasized the importance conservation and connection between humans and pancha bhootas. 230 children participated in the annual day.

Swamiji blessed the occasion.  The chief guest for the day was Counselor Mrs Jayanthi. All the parents appreciated and were happy to see their children perform on the big stage.

January 2024

SANKRANTI FESTIVAL

Sankranti festival was celebrated on 16.01.2024. Significance of sankranti was told to all the children.

RAM LALLA PRAN PRATISHTAPAN

On the historic event of Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtapan day Pre- Primary wing also performed pooja of Lord Rama. All the children were present and importance of the day was told to children.

November 2023

CHILDREN'S DAY

Children’s day was celebrated on 15th November 2023. Teachers performed skit on animals and also sang songs on children. Children’s day cards prepared by teachers  were given to children.  

PARENT TEACHER MEETING

PTM was held on 11th November 2023.  First term assessment Report cards were given  and also progress about their children was told to parents. 

DEEPAVALI

Festival of lights Deepavali was celebrated on 9th November 2023. Diyas made by the children with the help of potter was beautifully displayed. The Pre-Primary section was decorated with lights and colorful rangolis. Teachers also told the significance of celebrating diwali to children.

POTTER VISIT

On 3rd November Potter visited the Pre-primary section. All  the students got an opportunity to make diyas with the help of potter. Children were very happy as they got an opportunity to learn pottery making.

KANNADA RAJYOTSAVA

Kannada Rajyotsava was observed on 2nd November 2023. Important places of Karnataka were displayed using  models, charts and cutouts which were educational. Nadageethe was also sung by teachers and children. High School and Primary Principals were present for the program. Parents appreciated the models which were displayed.

Class cultural program of Prep -I

Class cultural program of Prep- I A and B was held  12th October 2023. High school and Primary Principals graced the occasion. Parents enjoyed and were happy to see their children’s talent on the stage. 

September 2023

PICNIC

Nursery, Prep I and Prep II children were taken to Dharamshi Resort on 15 th September 2023. Children enjoyed this excursion to the fullest.

GANESH CHATURTHI

Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated on 14th September 2023. Clay Ganesha made by children were displayed and the same was sent home.

KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI

Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated on 8th September. Boys of nursery dressed up like Krishna and girls like Radha. Bhajans and sings on Krishna were sung by teachers. Prasad was also given to all children. Nursery children gave performance, like talk, songs on lord Krishna.

August 2023

FLOWER EXHIBITION

Flower exhibition was held on 16th August 2023. Colorful flowers which was beautifully arranged attracted everybody.

CLASS CULTURAL PROGRAMME

Prep-II CCP was held on 5th August 2023. Children beautifully danced on foot tapping song and showed their dancing, speaking and acting talents on the stage. Parents were very happy to see their children performing.

July 2023

VEGETABLE EXHIBITION

Vegetable exhibition was held on 14th July. Children of Prep-I explained about the importance of vegetables. The atmosphere of vegetable market was recreated in the auditorium by arranging the vegetables.

FOUNDERS DAY

Founders day was observed on 6th July 2023 and remembered our Founder President’s Vision towards achievements. Hon Secretary graced the occasion and released the school magazine ‘BELAKU’.

World Environment Day
The Activities of the school started with the celebrations of the “World Environment Day” with the theme “Beat Plastic”, on 05.06.23. Students from Classes V – VII took up different tasks like –
Display of the saplings of a wide variety of plants.
Placards with different slogans and messages to protect and save our environment.
Speeches and songs in support of the day’s celebrations.
